Nelson Park Reserve the right to change our terms and conditions without prior notice but will notify you of changes.
RULES OF THE YARD - GENERAL TO ALL LIVERIES
All Liveries have the use of the schools when not being used by Nelson Park Riding Centre.
All lights must be turned off after use, if the lights are left on you could be charged for the waste electricty.
Liveries do not help themselves to any additional hay, straw or hard feed without permission.

All vehicles are left at the owners own risk, we recommend that you lock your vehicle at all times.
Dogs are not permitted loose on the yard at any time except for those who live here.
Smoking will only be done in your cars or outside of the yard behind the main gates, nowhere else, we operate a strict no smoking policy throughout the centre.
All equipment kept on the premises is at the owner’s own risk (owner has use of the tack room during opening hours).
All property is to be CLEARLY MARKED by the owner, including ALL rugs, failure to do so could result in loss of tack.
When riding a correct British Standard hat done up must be worn.
Appropriate foot wear Hacking hi-viz clothing must be worn as well before going hacking a member of senior staff should be told and the route you plan to take and length of time you plan to be out Under 16’s should be accompanied by a parent or guardian or permission in writing given to a 3rd party .
All school rules apply when using the schools.
You are to abide by the code of conduct of the yard which is displayed on notice board in the office at all times.
You are not permitted to bring in outside instructors without the specific agreement of Mrs S. Catterall, all facilities will be charged for at the standard rate to include electricity.
The centre’s farrier will be used for all shoeing, any other farrier required must be cleared with Mr or Mrs Catterall prior to them attending the yard.
The use of showjumps is only permitted once permission has been sought by a senior member of staff, parental or authorised guardian supervision for the under 16’s, all damages and breakages will be invoiced for at cost price.
The cross country course is out of bounds to all liveries.
We reserve the right to change the allocated stable at any time.
ALL LIVERIES AND THEIR FRIENDS / FAMILIES WILL COMPLY WITH THE RULES OF THE YARD AS DISPLAYED IN THE OFFICE IF YOU BRING A
FRIEND TO VISIT THE CENTRE A REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED.
